BCRS Special Operations
BCRS DRAGON TEAM
The Dragon Team is responsible for supporting The Dragon, a world famous section of road on US HWY 129 with 318 curves in 11 miles. This team receives specialized training to support the high frequency of vehicle accidents involving injury in a remote area.
BCRS WATER TEAM
The Water Team receives specialized training to support any water incident that may occur in the many waterways in Blount County. This includes dive certification, swift water rescue, ROV operations, and boat operations.
BCRS SUPPORT TEAM
The Support Team is responsible for providing mutual aid to agencies in our area for events such as fires, mass casualty, and other events.
